Thanks man... Nothing to hide is the way I like it, I also wanted images to display how they go together to help guys build them, Solidworks is a great platform to do the job

Never took the time to work it out, XR gears in a AX10 is not a new thing, a RCC member started it with what he called "front side jones" (search RCC) which provided another option... story for me is that I went to fit a FSJ to my sons rig earlier this year and found mounting them wasn't ideal, this kicked off months of work which ended up with this and the Joker chassis... Its been an enjoyable process and has me excited about sportsman again after 2 years void

Pinion size seems to be 16t - 20t so you'll find the gearing taller but it also gives users a greater range of pinions to choose from slow-fast crawler!

These are the gears you'll need from the XR10 (in green) and the one highlighted in purple is the gear the Ti mainshaft goes through... Pic thanks to RC4WD

Regarding gearing reduction i have found on my HE Joker chassis (same gearbox layout) that i stepped up about 6 teeth on the pinion (at 20T now) to get a similar speed to my old AX10 box.

Main output shaft diameter? And is it a thru hole on each end of the output or a set screw divot?
Sorry if this was mentioned earlier

Hi mate, 5mm with the set screw divot... Ive had a few guys asking for a hole through in 2.5mm, I don't like the idea of a hole through as it takes a lot of material out.. But if this is what guys are wanting?? I'll need to know ASAP

Nice motto 'smashing the impossible'. I think it would be a good idea to have the 2.5mm hole as an option as a lot of us run maxx shafts. Don't forget about the losi version though.

PS if you need any testers....
