| new axle
Hi Guys, Here is a new product from a fairly new company. Based off of customer input this axle mimics in a lot of ways something that was already done, but no longer available separately. specs are on web page : MetalconceptsRC.com will have some more photos of the upper and lower trailing arms coming soon. Let me know what you all think! (moved here for comments) but pictures in other thread. A new axle in town! thanks If a moderator could move this thread over to axles that would be appreciated too (put it in wrong spot) Last edited by metalconcepts; 10-15-2015 at 01:08 PM. |

Are these for scale? And how much do they weigh?

I designed that axle for RC4WD in 2009 |

It's very similar to the one you designed for RC4WD but with some changes to make it more scale for the Trophy truck builds. I also have some trailing arms that are really close to the Camburg/Kintik trucks, coming out soon. (they are at anodize now) and if you designed it, do you know why they mostly took it off the market? |

They are very similar to those axles for SSD. (rc4wd) they were made to help the guys that wanted more scale trophy truck builds specifically like the Camburg/Kinetik trophy trucks. (they are down the street from me) the width is 9.825" Nut end to nut end (they nuts are 12mm standard) Last edited by metalconcepts; 10-16-2015 at 09:06 AM. |

| Re: new axle Hey tommy, I attempted to weigh it last night but my scale broke! I will either go by the post office and weigh it later today or stop and get a new scale. So hopefully I'll have something for you later. And yes the axle is a scale Representative of a trophy truck axle at the local shop here (Camburg racing) |

The most marked difference between the two axles is the simulated top truss weldment on this one. got any pictures you could post for us stang? would love to see it. |

Sorry it took so long but the weight was 12.9 ounces for the axle fully assembled.

We have also developed a gull wing style lower a-arm for the custom TT crowd that fits the 4wd slash bulkhead (for the more accurate scale geometry) visit my Instagram page or my web sight at metalconceptsrc.com for more information
