There is no material between the motor and the motor plate. They have a smooth surface to slide across rocks better. They are a tight fit so they do not spin or slide around on the motor during use. At ECC Troy and I came to the conclusion that the guards that are already being made will fit the 400'S & 500's if an extra cut is added with a Dremel and cutting wheel so that it will grip around the can tighter. If you would like to order these Motor guards for the 500's or 400's let me know when you place your order if you need me to add the extra cut. |
