Willow Lake RV park , Prescott , AZ








We have decided to move the shootout to the willow lake RV park, this will make for much more room for everybody, it offers full hookups or tent camping it also has bathrooms and showers and is a much flatter, easier walk to the comp sites. The owners of the park are very nice and excited to have this event there , they also have a mini store on site to provide the essentials.

It also has some nice pines providing shade in areas and had amazing hiking trails for some sweet G6 action. We are very excited about this spot as it is brand new territory... and we wouldn't want to burn you out on the same spot over and over as NATIONALS will now be at Watson lake! The new spot is only 4.3 miles away from the original spot. I Hope this doesn't effect anyone's plans in any way. I feel like everybody will be more than pleased with the decision.











For those who do not want to camp I can recommend the Prescott Resort , the Motor Lodge, Wyndham Garden, Forrest Villas.
there's a lot of other choices that are close as well.

Itinerary:

Friday:

8:00am tech begins for all classes

12:00pm courses open for 2.2S (shaft driven no dig no MOA); this is not a beginners class, and the courses will reflect that.

there will be at least 5 separate courses (10 gates 5 minutes)

4:00pm G6 ; Bring the scale rigs, wraiths, scx10s, twin hammers, ERIN will be putting on the G6 show.


Saturday:

7:00am start tech last minute.

8:00am drivers meeting then off to courses.

2.2 pro; at least 5 courses and 5 minutes (10 gates + bonus section) for pro

5:00pm G6

Sunday:

7:00am tech last minute

8:00am drivers meeting then off to the courses

1.9 and Super comps, at least 4 courses each

I hope to have some nice sponsor giveaways and some sweet trophies.

Keep in mind there is a separate entry fee on top of whatever class you want to run in. you must purchase the separate entry fee.

ERIN from SARCCA will be taking the reigns on the G6 event, in 2011 this proved to be a huge asset to the weekend and it offers some of the most diverse terrain in AZ ; this would not be happening if not for ERIN

Had to keep this awesome event going, I was afraid that it would never happen again. I hope you don't mind me borrowing a lot from the 2011 event , in my eyes it couldn't have gone better
