About an hour north of LA for me.....Santa Clarita. Still had it easy to hit RCX this year though! There's several good spots out here, the two most promising are county parks: Vasquez Rocks, and Placerita Canyon. Many movies and commercials have been filmed at "the Rocks", and a couple at the other place too. Do a search for Vasquez Rocks and you'll see how cool it'd be to hit it with either rc crawlers or even 1:1! |

Lancaster here, theres nothing but dirt and dirt and more dirt and rocks/mountains up here. Victorville would be a prime spot, or off san bernardinos 215 freeway ( i forgot the name but its on the 215 going to victorlville, its a camping/hiking something.....) as someone said earlier vasquez rocks is off the 14 freeway( i think) , and theres the rock quarry out in palmdale too... many numerous places i cant think of at the moment. |

I live a little ways north of LA. The break waters look like they'd be fun to climb, but i know i wouldn't want to run my truck in the sand. ohh well.

Yeah I went to Rim of the World High. I've been to many weekend offroad/parties/rave's in my high school days. Lake Arrowhead was a great place to grow up. | |
