Heading out to Coyote Hills with my Creeper. I will take pictures and video.

If anyone wants to come I'll be on the scale trail run.

Had fun with you guys Saturday at Coyote Hills, we really need to hit up Mt Diablo. I have been talking with some other guys about going too. It would be fun if we got 8-10 guys together and had a little fun.

...is Rock City Mt. Diablo? I have a party to go to today so have fun, hope it don't rain!

You guys need to get to Vasona park. The water level is way down and there are many more rocks exposed at this time. Don't know when it will be filled up again? I went yesterday and burned through 3 batteries and was still wanting more....

If anyone is interested in a quicksilver trip, I found a stream crawl that is navigable for close to 100 S.L.O.W. yards or more. Total blast! It's about 1.2 miles hike to the start.

One last place i explored was Greystone up on the ridge. By far better than Indian Rock IMHO. Mostly large rocks with trails between them. Killer rock trial just before start of giant boulders. Lots of nooks and crannies and "things" to drive on...

Let me know if anyone is interested in any of these places for this week or next weekend. Night runs at Greystone and Quicksilver are doable too.

Peace,

JB

Rock city was great! It was cold and windy but no rain, Jim you would of liked this place. I didn't bring my camera but I took a picture on my cell phone.

Looks cool Grump. I am still not too sure what "rock city" is?!

Here's a little ditty that was in my email this morning if anyone is interested:

"Sunday at the grade(meaning China Grade). let me know if you can make it. Tryin to get everybody up there ,we will see who goes." Bikeman

If anyone wants to go check this place out, it's best when Bikeman(Dan) is there and inviting. This Sunday will be a killer time....PM me or Bikeman if you want directions. It will be at 10 am....Cant talk about this one in the open...

Mixed trails and killer, killer, killer rock formations!

JB

Yea it's at Mount Diablo just google maps Rock City CA and it will come up. Amazing place with trails, rocks, caves and more. It would take months to discover everything. You would of loved it. I made the switch to Lipo's BTW and I should have my new charger/ballancer and batteries in the mail in a few days

Anyone up for some scale rc/crawling this weekend 3/13-14? If the rain will stop for a day lets do something local like Coyote Hills or Berkerley.

I was thinking more local because of the possability of rain but when the weather is nicer I would be down.

Looks like Sunday is free from rain! Who is game?
