I went out to the Rodeo on Saturday and crawled around some of the former G6 trails with my Axial rig all back in action. Handled really well, newly fabbed front bumper held up well. I also picked up a Hobbico 250oz torque servo earlier that day and installed it in shop. lol. That was a nice improvement. Went about 3 hours of rough to moderate use with a 45t no problem. Then I was messing with it near some railroad tracks behind my father's house and I instantly snapped the front driveshaft. :ror: Humous end to the day. Time to order the Junfac carbon steel universals now. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/IMAG0017.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/IMAG0028.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/IMAG0035.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/IMAG0042.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/IMAG0060.jpg Also put a lift on the big Jeep lately. It's worth noting that the trails there were still awesome. It was super hot and we had to stop and take breaks in the shade, but on a cool day, there would be a lot to do and I'm sure there are more trails to find. I only wanted to take G6 trails because I knew there was shade along most of it. Haha |

Nice to see you back Ray. You need a 1.9 rig though ;-) Jason, I'm not sure if I'm going to go but I might be in for a little scaling. Been working graveyard the last couple of weeks. Haven't touched my rig since the last G6 |
