I know the new guys sometimes to forget to check the competition section so this is what Parker posted over there today and I just copied it to past here. For all you G6 Drivers that are competiting in the Folsom G6 Blues on Saturday, this G-Tip should come in very handy. Batteries should be fully charged and in your scaler prior to tech, since after tech, your scaler gets impounded. A driver may plug/unplug their battery in the impound only. all battery changes must be done prior in the pit area or on stage at any time. I have found that a 2200 mah has no issues running 100 gates, but I still mount two in my scaler and carry an extra 1100 mah out on the stage. During the Folsom G6 Blues, when a driver finishes a stage, it is important if you need to charge a battery, to swap batteries in the pit and after you cross the finish line, immediately go place it on your charger while your stage buddy is getting his scaler out of the impound. This way your battery is charging while you are stage buddying! This is an effective method for always having a battery topped off and ready for the next stage! Good Luck and see you Saturday! |

Google maps Dotons Point Granite Bay, CA 95746 corner of auburn folsom and douglas blvd is a am/pm gas station on the se corner. Less than a block from ampm towards the lake (e) is a shopping parking lot where we can meet depending on what time you plan on coming up. I plan on going in when the park opens at 7 |

| Cool, I was looking at the comp thread too Now from the satellite view is there going to be access to drive down from the parking lot? I'm sure with 50+ they would have figured that out See you tomorrow Waterproof :-O NOPE but I survived Sparks with water 1/2 way up so as long as I'm not submerged I think I'm good. I hope!
