Default Event #6 Rock Hard 1.9 Scaler Series Finals

Hey everyone this is Team LERK's Scaler Series for the 2010/2011 season. It's going to be $10 for those who ran last season and $15 for any new comers. You don't have to pay to just run at an event, Only if you plan on running the season. You have until the second event to pay for the season. One event well be thrown away, so if you can't make an event that well be your throw away and if you make all the events your worst event well be thrown out. This well be a 6 event season and I hope to see everyone come out for this fun Scaler Series. There well be trophys for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place at the end of the season. Who knows there might even be some goodies to win during the season. So lets get this thing rollin, Down below well be the rules, scale points list and the locations. Please use this thread for signups and pic's only, The Team LERK Night/Day thread well be for chat and GTG's. Thank's everyone and if you need directions or have any questions just pm me



SCALE POINTS

5 or more scale items= -5
Real winch= -3/ Servo winch= -2/ Fake winch= -1
Metal bumpers F/B= -3/ Plastic bumpers F/B= -1
Hard body= -3
Servo mounted on chassis= -1
Fender wells or interior= -1/ Both= -3
Spare tire= -1/ functional= -2
Transfer case= -1
Full scale tuber with panels= -5/ Plastic= -2
Rear caged truggy metal= -3/ Plastic= -1
Leaf springs= -1/ F/B= -3
Lights F/B= -2/ Must be on while running courses.

BAD SCALE POINTS

2.2 Tires= +10
Non scale chassis +20
Cut down 2.2 tires to 1.9= +5


Rules

Rollover touch= +5
Any touch= +10
Gate= +10
Reposition= +10
Reverse= +1/ 1 free reverse on each course.
Repair on course= +5/ Time well continue.
Repair off course= +10/ Time stopped with 30 min repair.
Winching yourself out of situation or being winched= +5
Progression= -1

We well be using the 20 point progression rule


Locations

1. KF- November 28/ Meet in parking lot 8:00/Tech well be at 8:30-done
2. KF- January 2nd/ Meet at lower section 8:00/ Tech at 8:30-done
3. Mel's Extreme Backyard-February 6th/Meet at Khols in manteca/7:30am-done
4. KF- March 6th under the bridge. Meet in parking lot at 8:00am for tech.-done
5. Red Hills-April 10th Meet at lower creek 8:00 tech 8:30
6. Finals- Eureka Valley campground-June 5th Tech at 9:00 comp follows soon after

Event has been changed, Ok everyone this is our final event of the Rock Hard 1.9 Scaler Series and well be held at Eureka Valley campground on hwy 108, June 5th and tech well be at 9:00am. This has been a great season and what better place to end the season then an area with endless rock. So Sunday morning well be the final event for the series followed by an afternoon trailride and Trophy's. Sunday morning we'll be setting 4 monster courses with a little TTC/KOH challenge. Well I hope to see everyone make this event as it's going to be one of the funnest of the season. For directions or questions just pm me or post on the Team LERK night/day gtg page. Hey Jason just a reminder thay only clear the snow of the paved part of the road,So the 4or5 miles to utica dont get plowed.

That would be something to know for sure, if the road are clear or not.

Dam everytime you have an event, I something else I have to do. Man this sucks.

Thats ok Jerry we have enough big trucks to get where we need to go If not theres plenty of camping spots on the way out to utica, I'm sure we'll be ok Thats why were going to be making a trip up there next weekend so I can see it for myself. I'm sure we'll be also taking a few more trips up there before the event.

Nice Rig donzx12, Toyota tubed out. What ratio are you running? Doesn't look like stock toyta axles either. 46" tires?

you have to many damn toys im jelous. i wonder if my prerunner taco can even make it up there if theres snow :( since i know about this one early im going to try and make it out for the ttc part. hopefully you guys have cell service so i knwo where the hell im going

Looks like a nice amount of snow at the k-rail But I have faith and nonestly that isn't much snow and for another month away, I think we'll be ok.
