Sounds good. I'm up for either spot too. Lets just see how the cookie crumbles. Hopefully that jogging trail is a diamond in the rough

cant tell you for a 2.2 shafty, but compared to a 2.2 MOA...

I love the challange of the 1.9, but fixing the rig up is a pain in the neck at times.. But, i hate how its illegal to have a dig on a 1.9. 1 big thing i hate is that these smaller rigs are incredibly sensative to every adjustment, where the 2.2's are less sensative. its like you become the guy at the track who can feel the 1mm difference. that 1mm diff. can change how predicatable the Rig is, how it side hills. ETC.. just a major headache, but once thats over with, its just a joy to run

I love the 2.2 MOA, since it just gets over things, the crawlability, and just the DIG. 2.2s are so easy to tune, fix up, and the community is much much bigger than the 1.9s.

But, i do like how the MRC has a smaller turning radius than my XR even with DIG enabled. MRC has about 3 foot radius turn (with Zero ackerman) (stock is about 5-6foot). XR has 5-6foot radius without DIG, about 4 foot radius with DIG.

I've thought about grabbin an MOA but I'm still on the fence about it. I like the scaler with summit tranny combo. Size and speed are perfect for me. Not to mention you can customize anything you want and actually notice the differences

Thanks guys,

Darn it, im leaving definitely tomorrow night, so ill be crawling tomorrow morning at linda at around 10 maybe..

Minis are alot of fun, i think they are much much funner than MOAs at times.

I was thinking of making my MRC a scaler... just short on cash :(

Yeah I feel ya there. The hobby is awesome and there's always those moments when I sit and look at my projects. Tell myself...I can do this. I can do that. It all bases itself around $ though.

I can't believe how much money I have into my MOA....and looking to sell the other RC stuff I have to get a scaler or a tuber. I thought F1 cars on pavement were addicting...this is nuts. I think about it night and day ...unfortunately can't do it every day. Sunday is it.

well, if you think about it... crawlers are like a 1 time thing.. on road cars, i know require new tires constantly, new belts, bearings, etc, so over time the price just adds up. it may be un-noticable how much is spent on on-road kits..

i know my Xray needs belts periodically, $40 each time. Ceramic bearings about $40 each time. Tires about $20.. meh, not to mention, kit it self is $500, electronics @ 150+

2 F1's, a WGT, 1/12 scale, an Mo-5 Mini and 2 original RC -10 tin tubs from the early 80's. Every one has it's own electronics...not to mention batteries, chargers, boxes of tires...for each car...the most expensive is the F1 tires, $65 for a set of 4. Tools, bodies...it goes on and on....
On a race weekend I'll probably spend $75...it adds up for sure

Wife says I need to sell the real car if I want another one....

Gotta love her though...she puts up with me
