Truth be...I'd love to get her out and try it....and I know that a scaler would do that....she wants a jeep...I think an Sx-10 and a tuber chassis ...a blue one... and we're meeting half way ....right.

At least in my eyes

Actually after seeing some other spots...it's more scaler friendly IMO...but a good spot for comp also...not as gnarly as say genentech...

yup, it is one of those sweet spots, good for both scalers and compers, other spots, its generally too much of one thing.

if you think genentech is gnarly.... you should check out monterey, its like moab utah, Hells gate, etc. not to mention, traction is just stupid. its like your running on duct tape.

1spot at monterey.

check it out

Doesn't look bad but there isn't much there. I wouldnt mind hittin it just to do it. Every spot could always have potential. Whats your take on it?
Its crazy seeing a place I've never been to but see all the time. Lol. That doesn't make sense.

Ok posting photobusket pics. Just get the img link and there's a little picture icon in the reply area. Its a mountain with a sun. Or something like that. Click the icon and paste the img link in there and the photo will post. You doing this from a ssmartphone or comp?

I live right at the base of alum rock park. Off of toyon Ave and penetencia crk rd. Have you been to the creek? My bro and I go there on the regular. We try to go after work and we're there around 5 or so. Pm me your cell # and I'll text you next time we're there.

We're also planning a gtg for tomorrow. If you're in the area. Postclanker, meatwad, and myself. The more the merrier. Ive never crawled with anyone other than my bro. We've got buddies into the RC hobbies but not crawling.

TTC-ish Scale-ish Budget-ish Wroncho-ish Build

I try to have somewhat of a capable scaler. Imo its no fun if its too limiting, although being a shafty its enough of a challenge

Ha ha. Excellent, clanker. They say (whoever "they" are) that you learn something new everyday. There's your sign. Lol

Looking closer at the pics. Im thinking its a good mix of comp and scale. I'm excited to get my @$$ out there for some battery draining action.
