Camel....lets get some guys together with small rigs (2.2 anythings) and go to the spot a Central park. Pm me if your interested and we will start a new thread o something!! i have been so busy lately and all my cars seen to break down one after the other so i havent had time to go back up to the spot i planned to take eveyone:-( :-( :-( !! i have work, school, my tlt comp bug needs a servo, my chevy muddin rig is just shot (when i went to the beach with it i wamped the crap out of it breaking a 1 of the front 4 links and i dont eve know what happends to the electronics, i water proofed all it was the motor that rusted over and fryed). but it was worth it, i saw and crawler some of the most insane rocks and spots i have ever seen. it was truely the "mecca" for rc crawlers...it had river rocks, moad rocks, boulders, and rocks piled on rocks that have been piled on rocks with more rocks under on top and around it!!! but.......heres the teaser....it was 260miles away (6-5 hours) up in Monterey. Honestly i would drive it again in a heart beat. so guys if you wanna wait i will see when i can make it up to the place i had planned or someone else can start a new thread!! !!! i just wanna crawl!!! |

Every one check out Camel_rc's and mine scouting about Saugus's Central Park. This place would be great for new comers or anyone who just wants to have a fun time and comps!!!! good size rocks for all size crawlers, and lots of them the pics he has is only from the first section of the spot. there trees, shade, and grass , and a huge park for kids, wifes, girlfriends, dogs, skateboards and bikes. Great place!! i can get directions if anyone needs!! my vote goes for SCP (Saugus Central Park) Last edited by CreepyCrawler88; 08-09-2006 at 12:49 AM. |
