It turned out to be a nice event. The course proved to be difficult enough to break a few rigs. My rig spun three pinion and ring gears, the second time was both front and rear, none of the breakage occured when I was driving. Tod was a walking break down, if you farted near him his truck would break. Thanks a bunch to Tod, Dean, Art, and Brian for helping collect the rocks (brian & Tod) and move them around many times (Tod) and put on a cool Demo (Tod, Dean, & Art). We did not get that many visitors because the car show and the RC Demo fields were not connected and the RC Demo field was not very visible from the Car show field. I am sort of glad it was not to busy cause it gave us time to sit in the shade and eat, check out the honeys, and eat some more. Here are the pics I took. |

Here are a couple more pics I left out. Dean brought a 27" TV which I hooked up to a DVD player in the back of the Mog playing a Bender Customs DVD all day. I also had my laptop playing ORCRC & Nor-Cal videos displayed on the LCD Monitor on the table. It was funny how many people commented "those things go in water too?" Damn Oregon guys! |
