What's up SD crawlers. This is my first time posting on this thread and wanted to say what's up. I also wanted to know if anyone can lend a helping hand. What I'm looking for is someone with a table saw or band saw that cuts straight and 90*. I'm trying to fab a custom skid/transmission plate. I have the material, but lack the precision cutting tools. Can anyone help a brotha out?

I just made two of them. On one of them I used a Japanese flush cut saw and it took forever. They'll work, but I didn't like the way any of them turned out, but that's the perfectionist in me. The first two were for practice. Third times the charm hopefully.

SdArcher, Hey I've got a band saw, but not a table saw. Not sure if the band saw will work for you. Where are you located? I'm in San Marcos. When do you need this done? PM the details. Glenn

Steve

Was just on the ax-10 "the ultimate chassis" forum. A few others are thinking along the same line I am. Was looking to do something like this but a bit different.
