Brock i know a place in Balboa park to crawl.
My truck is in the garage for axle housing replacement right now, but It could be running tomorrow. I thought the fat rock axle c's would be here, but the mail man came and went without leaving a package, and I need the rig ready for the comp. sunday.

There Is a nice spot at upas & Florida st.to crawl. do you want to check it out tomorrow?

Sorry missed the post been working.
I run up and down florida all the time on my way to work.
The creek area near balboa medical center looks interesting from the road however, it might not be that great.

Great job at the comp everybody it was a good time. Nice to have a showing of some sort. Probly going to crawl on friday or saturday. Let me know if anybody wants to gtg.

shoot I'm going to borrego springs and then temecula this weekend to help my friend in a 12 hour bicycle race.leaving friday morning. so looks like i will miss the GTG. But I'm taking my crawler with me.

I'm off Sat.
I was over at fiesta island running some gas trucks this weekend, and after a break, I got out my crawler, there's actually a nice rock garden/pile out there with nice lines and small to large bolders. Might would make for a good gtg or just crawl. I'll post up my pic's/Vid of it when I get a chance.

How about 11:00 at felicita park in Escondido. All kinds of terrain. Entrance to park is 3.00 dollars.

A Couple pic's of rocks at fiesta island:

Small rocks!

Larger Rock/Bolder:

The large one above is taller than I am, I started in the smaller rocks and worked my way up to the top of this one, by climbing gradually larger rocks, and some well placed assists by my spotter.
I have a aerial photo from google that shows the rocks from above.
Worth checking out if your out that way.

Just take the 15N to via rancho pkwy. Turn left on via rancho and take to felicita. Take a right on felicita and the park entrance is on your left a 1/4 mile up.

Quat and Raul great time today. I think we need to hit that spot up again. It was really really sick terrain.

Quat you have a part number on those teflon spacers?

Well I learned alot about my crawler have make some adjustments and get it tweaked a little better. Thanks guys.

Hey B2002 Glad you had a good time

THat is the place for scalers, 2.2 comp rigs, supers well even a tuber LOL I had a lot of fun with the D 90. It is going to take awhile to explore the place that sucks. I guest some one has to do it lucky us

thanks for the part #. Took the rims apart and drilled some air holes. Some more tweaking to do. I will have some parts for the tlt later this week. WOOHOO! Yes lucky us we get to have all that fun and practice. Then we can hopefully have a comp around here. You plan on going to the socal comp in Feb?
