We were out at Corral 2 weeks ago. tried a couple new spots. Nothing too great except a few great giant rocks right off the road.
The actual Bronco peak is OK for RC crawlers. Theres a couple trails right off the entrance road that are more fun. Way more rocks.
My wifes motors just got back from Holmes today. The new-to-her Mantis should be done this week. We'll be looking to crawl soon.

I moved from Campo this New Years. I'm now in Alpine so a lot closer to get together. Anyone in Alpine? I know a few guys got together out here a few months ago.
I'm just 10 minutes from Flinn Springs. It has some cool stuff. Big mix

So what did you think of the Northside of Wohlford?

It was cool I walked from the parkinglot/office to the north parking lot/culdisac and ran it at every rock garden on the way, 3 battery packs. Place is legit. I may see why scale stuff can be so fun lol, maybe il cancel my plans for moa and build a easy quick scaler

Yea Wolford is a great spot. If you go to the opposite side of the lake there is a great scale trail that runs along the lake side with water crossings and spots where you need a winch. It's a lot of fun...

I'm going to say, YES. Two of my friends were kicked out by a ranger and before the ranger kicked them out people were like trying to tell them not to run their crawlers, I guess we are not welcome there at all.

One other guy was also kicked out of the Quarry (BMX Jumps). We were not kicked out of the dam because we were on our way out but a female ranger was kind enough to say that they have to enforce NO RCs in Mission Trails and she was sorry.

For what it's worth, I spoke to a ranger at one of the county parks in Ramona and he said RC cars are not allowed at any of the county or regional parks. It doesn't matter if it's gas, electric, fast or slow, 2.4 or AM. It's just the rules.
