Ha ha, I thought you were joking.

My Jeep has a 35 turn in it, so you will smoke me. My Wraith also has a 35t in it. Nice and slow, but will climb a telephone pole.

I cant make it tonight. Im on call for work and cant really go play. Have fun guys. Be safe and watch out for the legless lizards with baby rattles tied to their tails. Its been warm enough that they'll be cruising around.

No snakes this evening. I did not even think about that actually. Guess I should. Went through a lot of bushes too looking for trails. Had shorts on.

Had a great time with a nice group of people. Ran until dark and talked in the parking lot for a while after that. Looking forward to the next meet at the glider port.

Thumbs up West Hills 04/10/14

Sorry for the poor quality of daylight shots. Camera was on high sensitivity function for low light/night photos.

For the time being I can't do M-F runs lol. When I get home from work I'll make a map of GP for you guys. Its not nearly as straight forward as West Hills, at least doesnt seem like it.

Thanks Shinjari. Do you have a map of the route you guys run at West Hills as well?

I had a great time yesterday! I will probably run through that trail/area a few times in the next couple of weeks.

Now mind you this is a roughly what I run when I go to Glider Port. You dont have to follow my trail, but it covers most of the crawl spots there.

Park by the hang glider building.

Right where you start theres a decent little pit area wher eyou can warm up your rigs/tires/driving skills.

Then you can continue taking that pit down through the canyon for some scenic fun crawling or skip it and take the easy way to the next area.

Next area is where the two trails meet. If you took the scenic route, you'll end up in the area circled. If you took the easy route, you'll have to drop into the pit at some point over there. Have fun here.

Then when youre done there, get out of the canyon/pit (its doable...but challenging!) and have some go fast fun through this area as it snakes to where the lifegaurd is.

This leads you to some fun climbs and the blue area has a ton of ruts/canyons to explore. Take you time here =)

When you're "done" there head up towards the top.

Here you can do two things. Drop down to stairs and goto the green circled area OR keep folloing the red trail.

Keep following the trail until you get to this section and you can spend a good amount of time here.

Now as a reminder this is MY usual route/trail that I run when Im there or with Myth619 or whoever. I haven't gone all the way down the stairs to blacks beach (yes its a nude beach) but maybe those who have can chime in about their crawl spots down there.

Enjoy MONGO having fun at Glider Port
