It was a nasty rebuild to say the least but its done now. Great pics BTW. I have a real nice crawl spot in RB off the 15 with parking. Its a bouldery drainage ditch in the park I work at. I will get some pics tomarrow.

cool pics guys. Well after finding some brazing rod that works, i got my chassis all brazed up with shock mounts and all. It's pretty rough, seeing how its my first chassis, but i know for sure what i need to concentrate on for the next one. My roommate started brazing his up and is almost done as well. So we will be up for business in no time.

no pics yet : )

click the link above for a map. father junipero serra trail. take that road to the other end where the actual dam is. or come in from the east is shorter. zoom map out to 10 to see better.
hope this helps?

Talking GTG at Old Mission Dam

Looks like 1:30 pm for me and Don. Probably head west on the walking trail out of the parking lot. 200 yards or so down by the creek there is a cool little trail. I'll be there. listen for the whirrrr .... whirrrr of electric motors and incesent giggling from grown men.

why is it that as soon as I sell my crawler that all the crawlers from san diego join up here?? Now all I have is a T Maxx and a accelerator that I'm turning into a tube framed sand rail

Default Git ER Done!

seems like you need to go down to Hobby People and pick up a TLT for $80.oo. Lock yourself in you room with some tools, food, stack of cd's, and later, emerge with an awsome crawler, and join in the fun.

15N to Pomerado Rd. exit(only goes one way cause of bridge costruction). 1st light take a left on Highland Valley Rd then a right into the dirt lot.

See you at the dam.
