Default Sonoma County Crawlers

Just checking to see if there are any crawlers in the Santa Rosa, Ca. or Sonoma County area. Also looking for information on crawling spots north of the Golden Gate.

What kind of trucks are you guys running?

I went by Howarth Park today and there are a few good places there to crawl. Didn't see any restrictions against RC's either.

My buddies truck is a clod based tuber. I am building the same type of rig. Howarth park has tons of places to crawl with the trucks. Where exactly do you live. I live over off of Fulton and Guernville. We also have a litte track set up that we play on as well. When the weather starts getting better we should get a time together and check out the rigs.

I'm on the other side of town off Mendo near Chanate. Sounds good. I'm hoping to get out to Howarth Park once I get my truck back together and the weather permits.

I've been talking with the owner of the LHS in Rohnert Park and he said there seem to be alot of people coming in to order parts for crawlers. There have got to be more that just 3 of us up in the Sonoma County area. Post up if you've got any good spots to crawl at and maybe we can arrange a GTG sometime soon.

OK, I just did a member search for members in Sonoma County cities and came up with 13! If any of you happen to read this thread, post up some of your crawling spots and maybe we can all get together for some crawling any maybe even start up some comps of our own.

I have talked to a few of the Nor-Cal guys and they said they would be willing to make the trip up as well.

Welcome aboard!

I know I've been trying to arrange a GTG for quite some time but still need to find something a little closer to town than the coast. If you know of anywhere in town or nearby, post it up and we'll see if we can get all the Sonoma County folks together for a GTG.

Mike this is Danny from up in Ukiah I met you a while back at the Cow Mountain event (1:1) I was on of the guys who put it on....

Default Would like your opinion

Hey guys,

I see that most on this thread seem to be looking for a place to meet others and to be able to enjoy their sport. I sure would like your input and opinion as to wither the above mentioned need could be taken care of if someone were to establish an indoor crawling course/hobby shop where comps could be run. I have been throwing around the idea of an indoor crawling course, and would need to know if there would be a demand or even a genuine interest in establishing something like this.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Sure would like to find out what the interest would be. Thanks.
