Welcome :-) I live in Santa Ana and just got into the crawling/trailing side of the rc hobby too. Let me know when you head out on runs and I'll join you if I can.

If you guys care to drive a bit we have a half mile trail course set up in Lake Elsinore covering riverbeds, hill climbs and even a RC bridge or two. 15 fwy and lake street is the basic location. |

Nope its in a remote area and the people that do go out there seem to leave everything alone and the people that own the land enjoy that we use it in a respectful way so its the best of both worlds. Hit me up if you ever want to come out its well worth the trip. We normally do a run every Sunday morning about 9am I will tease you with a few shots from "The Loop" as we call it. |

The "loop" is set up at the end of Mountain street /Rice Canyon in lake Elsinore. Take mountain till it dead ends into dirt next to the high school, keep right on the dirt road and you will see our trucks parked. Google Map That should work but no promises |
