Hi from San Diego
 

I just picked up my SCX10 a couple weeks ago and I've been having a blast.

Have done some Rip-Rap crawling at the coast, backyard crawling and some fun sandblasting at a local park.

Wondering if there's any popular spots in East county. Santee, Lakeside, El cajon, etc?

I'm LOVIN' my JK, and I swear, I charged my LiPo ONCE and it's still going on that original charge.

I'll probably throw some LED lights on my rig as a 2nd mod.

First mod was to relocate the battery tray to the front, which did quite a bit to suck those front tires down when going up and over a rock."thumbsup"

Hey, thanks for the invite last week, sorry I missed the post. Life happened and wasn't able to check this forum for a bit.

I'll keep my eye's peeled for the next meetup. I'm having a few issues with my rig at the moment actually. Went to recharge my LiPo and my Tazr charger is only detecting one cell in my BRAND new $$ LiPo. lame. :x

Going to take it and the charger in today to see what the problem might be.

This might be a bit far for you, but a decent group of us are headed out to Vasquez Rocks, on the 4th. (It's a Sunday.) Were bringing a BBQ, meat, drinks, chips......
