Peninsula and Bay Area Scale Crawlers: Great Trail System in Belmont

In an effort to find good trails to crawl, I went to Water Dog Park i Belmont this morning..as I have said before, I am new to the hobby, but I had tons of fun and found some really great trails...

This was only 1 portion of the trail, the very beginning first few hundred feet...

Tons of parking, almost no one else on the trails...this is a trail system for hikers and mountain bikers, so do not anticipate any park rangers telling us to leave..

Out there for an hour and saw 2 people...on a nice Saturday morning...

It would be great to get a group together and explore..I do know there is a creek system in the park as well...

Tons of parking at the end of a cul de sac....about 5 minutes off of Highway 280 in Belmont...easy to get to...

I took some video...BE WARNED, these videos are not very good..it is very hard to hold the phone, steer the car and not trip on the trail....also, the camera REALLY flattens out the hill...this was a pretty significant hill...as you can see, while filming, I stayed out of the reall chunky stuff, but lot's of room to roam...not to mention off the trail on both sides...


The first video is a walk around of my Truck and Driver...the rest of the videos are on the trail..again, all of this within the first 200 feet of trail, up near the entrance...tons more to explore...
