Default Butte County Scalers

Hello rcc
Butte County Scalers is a newer group that started back in april 2015 with just some gtgs every few weeks, to now were we put on monthly comps. We started the comps back in november and were pretty successful from the start. Our last comp in oroville at the famous fish hatchery brought 52 drivers out.. And thats only our 3rd comp.. Our first comp had 27 and our second had 35..
It all started on facebook, but iam back to where i started which is here and i know there are people whodontfrequent. Facebook. So im starting this thread to keep any or all who want to hear, know and see what we do up here in Beautiful norcal..

Our next comp isnt actually gonna be a comp because its gonna be held in chicos upper park. And we cant set gates, so its afun run playing follow the leader.. If you havent played it goeslikethis. Everyones follows till the leader rolls then the next in line starts to lead and the leader whorolled goes to the back of line, and so on and so forth, so everyone will get a chance to lead the pack.. We are making the climb up toth e top of monkey face.. There will be a 10 gate challenge along the way with a 10$ by in for the fastest through the gates.. Run what you brung for the challenge, no class rules this time..
We will be debuting our logo on shirts hoodiesand stickers...
Hope to see some rccrawlers guys there...

Nice , used to go to some of the comps at the Hatchery and Bald Rock. Great to see re-newed interest in the O-ville area, there were a lot of good drivers in that area a few years back. What type of scoring system are you going to use for the Comps. or will they be a G-6 type of event?? Anyway I for one would make the trip up they, beautiful area for scaling.
