Many thanks for this I've just moved into the area and will check out pescadero tomorrow.

NOODLE! you probably dont remember me, but we met once or twice during the local Rock City gatherings and the challenge you had last year at Carnegie. i love rock city, but since im tied down with the kids, and vasco is walking distance, ill take what i can get. i was able to check it out last week, its very small but beats crawling in my backyard.

Nothing in Tracy that I know of. We have listed pretty much all the spots we know of right here. Always looking for new ones!

Went to McInnis park in San rafael today. It was pretty fun. Nice rocky section with a bunch of traction

Count out the palomares spot. Drove by this morning on a detour and it's fenced off. Ah well it was fun

May have found a small spot in San Francisco. Sutro Heights, the bluff across from the Cliff House, has some solid bedrock & remnants of a WW2 spotting station on the NW corner. It’s a small spot, which I still need to crawl/see if there’s potential lines,
But for those of us “trapped” in the city it might be a good option.

Sadly, most of the spots in the city have become homeless/tweaker camps.

Just wanted to THANK everyone for listing spots around San Fran. and area, I live in the city but mostly crawl with my friends & family in Ft. Bragg/Mendocino. I have been doing some "Urban" crawling around the city and look forward to checking out some of the suggested outlying areas, hope to "run into" some you out there!

I’m new to crawling and live in SJ. I keep looking for places close to home. Is Linda vista a good place to crawl? Is that the park you speak of?

South San Francisco sign, you can crawl up the trail right to that sign. Some easy but some places are challenging, has dirt and rocks. PM me if you planning to go there on weekends, i may join if im around the area

What’s up guys. I’m a newb to the forum and hobby. I live in the east bay next to Napa. Looking to meet other people in the area. Skyline park is close to me so that’s my go to. It would be cool to meet up with others and crawl around.

Another nOOb here. Been doing the "go-fast" thing (2WD & 4WD off-road racing), and decided I should also learn to "slow down". Have an Axial Capra being delivered on Monday (was supposed to be delivered today, but UPS 'rescheduled' on me). Figured that should be a great way to start (I much prefer kits over RTRs).

Goal is 60-80% "rock racing", and 25-40% rock/trail crawling. Have the ESC decided (CC Mamba X), and narrowed down motor choices to my final two - ROC412, or HH PP. Still need to decide tires, and whether to stick with the included wheels, or get different wheels. In that wheel matter, if I'm better off getting something different, should I stick with plastic, or get aluminum?
