Apple Valley group

So I have been playing with my rig in the yard for couple of weeks now and I think I want to venture out to either Horseman Center or the local spot out off of Dale Evans Parkway.

Anybody have any suggestions?

there are a few clubs in the desert that do events around you and utilize Horsemans, all total there are about 15 groups around southern california that also put on different events or GTG's. but they are all on Facebook not much here. we have poker runs every so often. the other group up here is called apple valley radio control crawlers and they have an event this saturday at Horsemans

I won't be able to go this Saturday, I have a County Double(16 hour shift). Thank you for the info, I will have to go look on facebook so I can make some contacts who can so a newbie the ropes.

I have some free time on my hands tomorrow so I am taking my Ascender Bronco out to the rocks for the time at Horseman Center. If any would like to come out feel free to PM me. This will my first real outing with my rig. All of my playtime has been here at home.

Ive been trying to move down there since i bought my house down there if it accualy happens i plan on puting something together in johnson valley i want to start a trail building group and add stuff like perminent diaramas and geocashing rc related stuff along the trails i have a few loosely set up already and a big desert course track and a rally drift area i plan on building a track in thats sits on top of the portland vain that i already cleared ill be ther3 for tha hammers for sure we have a big party at my house during the event but hopefully ill be staying for a while

The large track there is about 6ft of elivation change overall its built on a fault line its kinda a nice spot the funky latter frame looks like a old traval trailer its about 15ft long just for contrast

Theres a course through these rocks too



I will definitly be there for the hammers im thinking of puttin something together that week we can meet on private property so not to interfear with the hammers or there permits and go from there
