Its not a torsion, its a FVP chassis. Flexible Vertical Plate. I have finished testing and lets just say that all you torsion guys are gonna love this thing. No weight in the rear, in fact the whole truck is under 6.5 lbs. I ran it along side Joesbruisers Zero today and it is awesome. No shocks, and it is stout as hell. In fact I beat it so hard I broke a Berg knuckle. If you have a zero setup already the side plates have all the necessary holes to bolt right up. All you need is 70mm turnbuckles instead of shocks.

Also look for my delrin high clearance links in a day or so.

Huh, very cool! So you dont think that would break or snap over time? Seems like with enough use it could weaken. Also, how do you control flex and would it change over time as the material got more worn-in? Seems awesome though.

There is no work hardining, the material is good to -40 degrees F, there is no break in, it will not change over time. You can change the flex by moving the front spacer. You break it, I got another one for you.

Sound good??

What are you using for your 70mm links?

Guys we beat on this thing today for hours and with 35t motors on 3 cells and the berg knuckle turned loose and the chassis was still in one piece.

I really like how it worked. You get the float of a torsion with the smooth correct axle swing of a good four-link setup. And I would say with a little tunning with the weight bias front to rear it will get even better.

I would say this will be the chassis that My wifes berg axles are going under and who knows maybe mine to

sweet idea! and I guess you can always set it up as a regular zero by adding 90mm shocks and removing the vertical rods?

Nope, its a totaly different side plate. The zero is much smaller, I will post comparison pics tommorrow.

So you change the flex by moving the links back toward the center of the chassis? You would have to lengthen them too as you move them inward... right?

Pretty nifty design.

You change the flex by moving the chassis spacer, you leave the turnbuckles where they are.

At first I was like WTF no suspension? Then I saw how it actually worked. Brilliant idea, I might pick one up.

We beat on this truck hard today and it showed no sign of not liking it

We also slowed it down and run a few courses and all I can say is BAD A$$ .

Jeff was truly thinking outside the box with this one and it worked.
