These will not be going on our site because of the fabrication required to install them. After bending multiple tierods for the berg that broke or continued to keep bending, i had some machined out of aluminum. I only have 13 of these left. They will include the 2 required 8mm aluminum spacers for the knuckles and hardware needed to install. Only 11.99 shipped to the US. Paypal to ckrawler@sbcglobal.net Install: Pictures speak a thousand words so i have attached a few shots of my rig. My rig is running some new knuckles we will have out soon, but, the kit works with the included spacers. #1.The knuckles will need to be flipped left to right and re drilled. From the factory tierod hole in the knuckle, the new hole needs to be 5.7mm towards the center of the knuckle. re drill and remove the excess material from the arm. #2. I am using a CKRC r2 servo mount for my berg servo mount. I mounted the servo as far as possible to the center of the rig. The stock berg servo mount will work, but it may need to be ground a bit. #3. (2) Axial bent rod ends will be required for install. #4. Because of varied servo mounting locations, you will need to drill and tap your own drag link hole into the tierod. My set up is running 2 more axial bent rod ends with an axial 33mm drag link. #5. Limited directions! Most berg owners know what it takes to get this mounted and working properly. Some dont.

Im not sure about the housings. I gave out 6 sets away at nationals and no one got back to me about them. Lets discuss it. The catch is they are wider than the factory berg housing to make them stronger. Because of that your axle tubes would need to have approx 3/16" machined off of each one. It can be done with a grinder, but is it something everyone could do?

I would buy some delrin cases in a heartbeat...if they were made right and made strong. I definitely would not mind having to machine my axle tube a bit....and almost everybody knows a machinist or someone that could do it for them. Make them...please

I see your point Jake, though make some delrin tubes shorter for us too then. I'd happily buy new delrin cases and tubes. All Delrin Berg housings and tubes would be pretty slick...

I did try the tubes. they were way to weak. I was also thinking of making the tubes the correct length for the delrin housing but, have them machined to use axial axle c's instead of them being cut in delrin. If i do this, the housing would come pre clocked and have no adjustment, except at the axle c.
