My wife thinks she is sneaky, I found a U.S.mail envelope from Mr. Bender the other day and she claims my B-Day present is a pair of damb jingle bell socks! She even has my 6 yr. old daughter telling me bogus ideas to get me off the trail... Silly girls! I cand smell machined aluminum 1/4 mile out!!LOL! Can't wait till tommorow so I can open her up! (the chassis you sicko's) I'LL BE BACK! |

Has anyone tried using this chassis for a larger truck, like a TXT?

I run Losi white springs in the front of both my TLTs, they work great. They are extremely soft, my TLTs have almost no weight in the front. I run the Losi reds in the rear on both rigs too. I use the 2.5 Maxx shafts on mine. I had to cut the length of the female side down so they didn't bottom out as the suspension cycles. | |

I annoyed my wife till she let me open my B-Day gift early last night... And I have the axles mounted up and shocks are on, also got my losi trans mocked up looks like it will be pretty easy to fab some mounts up. and the good news... no trimming needed for a XXX- trans! WOO HOO! I have a hard time stopping what I'm doing to take pic's But I will get some up soon! I'm going to the workshop to finish my SW! Thanks to my wife for getting me what I actually wanted this year, and to Bender for making an awesome chassis!! |

Yeah, I can get her to crack every time! I told her I was taking the box to my chiropractor so he could X-ray it, THAT got her goin!! I think the trans mount is gonna be cool, I'll put something on paper tonight. Last night I got a little more done, got all the linkage done but it is a tad too long (13'') gotta see what I can do about that. I can allready tell it is WAY more stable and more flexxy than my tlt chassis. I also found my first servo gear failure! Later!!

someone was looking to put a stealth trans in an sw2 here is how mine turned out, swapped the chassy plates so the engraving is on the inside where you cant see it, but I did not have to modify the chassy by cutting or grinding
