Default Steering/Suspension Aluminum, Titanium, Delrin links. Custom made

I deleted my other post and wanted to start a new one with updated information.

I am now doing links for steering and suspension in your choice of material.

I stock:
1/8 TI
3/16 TI
1/4 TI

3/16 6061 Aluminum
1/4 6061 Aluminum

3/16 7075 Aluminum

1/4 Delrin

If I dont have what you need I can get it.

I suggest either 1/8" TI or 3/16 aluminum for uppers. IMO, 3/16 TI is just overkill and heavy.

I thread the links 4mm which fits a Revo end. If you choose 1/8 TI, that will use a 3mm rod end. I like TRA1942 ends.

To order custom links, I need to know the eye to eye length. Sorry, I dont have a huge book of every link ever made for every application.

Pricing as follows (any reasonable length):

3/16 TI, 7075 $15 ea link or $30 per pair
1/8 TI $10 each link or $20 per pair
3/16 6061 $13 ea link or $25 per pair

I do not do custom bends! I can either provide straight links or my typical swooping bends as seen below.

Have you made any TI bent links for the BJV4 using XR10 axles?

Sorry, I totally missed this.

I have not made any specific for that, that I know of. I can make some if you provide a picture but I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy with that method.

I hope that helps.

YTC BJ v4 - I think that these are mine, as they match the delrin ones that I have and gave the measurements to Erik for. If they are mine then they are in the post right now and i'll post up pictures in my build thread.
Cheers

I am not sure they would be a drop in. I could duplicate the bends easy enough, just need lengths from you.

I havent made any that I know of. Most just give dimensions and I go off of that.

A 30* bend is pretty easy.

The links in post #16 are mine; they showed up yesterday, and were a straight bolt on fit. Top work and really pleased with them. Erik is a top vendor for the site, anything you order you'd not be dissapointed, great customer experience as well.
Cheers

I can do either way.

I either need an over all eye to eye and I need to know what rod ends you use.

OR

I need total length untreaded and how much threaded rod on the ends you need.

I would also need which thread you want (M3, M4, 6-32 etc,.)

Default interested buyer

Would it be possible for you to drill and tap a link to a specified depth, exactly 18 mm? If this is possible I would gladly make an order for a set of suspension links.
