Here is the final version that will be sent out for testing. This housing is optimized for the Sudu FL chassis. A standalone unit can be made 3-4mm narrower but will be 1-2mm taller.

Comparison to the stock AX10 transmission

Thanks, Ben!

Re pinions, the Traxxas Emaxx uses 32p pinion gears with a 3mm hole. These pinions are probable easy to find in most rc-shops.

I have been using the TRA3947 pinion while drawing the transmission.

Neither VoVo. Couple other lucky fellows getting some NCD love. Tomi sharing the love with guys that have supported him around the world. He giving something back to his supporters. NCD isnt just about Team drivers, in sharing new gear around for testing. Not sure if i can think of other companies that do similar apart from locked up having a contest to win a team driver position each year.

I will be shipping with 6mm long button head steel screws. Total weight of screws is only 3.6g so switching to aluminum wont make a big difference. But if every gram counts you can probably loose a gram by doing so. 8mm aluminum screws would be a good choice.
