| Titanium and Delrin link sliders
I just had a truck load of link sliders made up. I did a lot so I could get them to you guys cheap. These are made from Delrin. If you rub Delrin on a rock multiple times it will wear as it is soft and slippery. I dont suspect you will be passing these down to your grandchildren but after some testing has been done they have held up great. The best part is that they are so cheap that they will be economical to replace every season or so if there is a problem. Delrin link sliders made to bridge the gap between the Revo style rod ends and 3/16 (.187) suspension links. Sliders have a slip fit over the .187 rod. They will need to be held into place with an adhesive on either the rod or between the rod end and slider (a little goes a VERY long way). DLUX FAB | Products Now selling Titanium sliders! Erik, I must say that I do believe it is wrong of you to give your USPS folks methamphetamines.....how the hell do you get stuff across the country so quickly?!?! Anyway, here are some pics: Installed: And, just for comparison, my old rod end (the chassis side) with the new setup: That rod end was on my truck for no longer than 5 months...and they are almost completely worn down... |
