Default Bulldog Pitbull 2.2Pro chassis on Sale!

On sale and ready to ship NOW.....

ClassiCutCNCCustoms presents the PitBull 2.2Pro MOA Carbon Fiber Chassis.

This chassis is the result of several months of testing and various design changes. It is designed to meet 2013 3x3x8 specs. This chassis has been in the hands of a multiple time Nationals qualifer and State Champ and he has declared it "PERFECT". I will let you decide but it has exceeded my wildest dreams for what a 2.2Pro should be capable of doing.

This chassis is built from 2mm carbon fiber and allows for the maximum clearance possible with today's axles, shocks, and electronics. The chassis works with 90-100mm shocks but I find 95mm to be a sweet spot for me. This chassis is designed to be setup in various configurations. I have sketched it out in CAD and can give lower link lengths and shock positions for 60/40, 55/45, or 50/50 setups. The upper link mounting holes are double rows both front and rear to allow for fine tuning for drivers of all experience levels. From stable and predictable to aggressive and twitchy, this chassis has it all.

Another area of excellence is the skid plate. This skid was the combination of three different designs. This one-piece delrin skid adds rigidity and reliability to an already wonderful design. If you have ever had problems with your lower link screws backing out from chassis racking your problems are solved with this design.

Try it.....you will like it.

The chassis, skid, delrin spacers, and hardware is priced at $149.99 shipped in the lower 48. PM for international shipping quote.

PayPal address is barryjanzen AT Yahoo DOT com.

Thanks for looking.....

Box of chassis ready for assembly and shipping..... I plan to have quick and reliable shipping.....

It's my goal to put some life back in to this hobby with quality products at affordable prices. I am happy to make a reasonable profit and keep the customer coming back for more. This has worked well for my other business for more than 12 years

On the waiting list for the new Bully2 axles, and since the logo is a ticked off bulldog, I think the right chassis to use would be the Bulldog Pitbull.

Keep your eyes open, build thread to come...
And I won't photobomb this thread mustangboy.. LOL

You are correct..... They are messy to make. I have already been through this box and cleaned them up.... They are covered in carbon dust and fibers. You should see my hands after an hour or so!

Very cool chassis man, but that name is f#cking w/my head.

Will you be designing a super chassis? Maybe the Irish wolfhound/mastiff

Be careful! Carbon fibers are terrible for you. I use dust extraction while I'm cutting and it took me quite a while to get my cam game good enough for minimal cleanup. For me, machining plastic had zero learning curve compared to composites. I'm no pro but if you ever have a question that you could use another point of view on, I'm just a pm away!

Thanks fella...... I am being careful with it. I promised I would not mess with it but that's not happening. I have the machine in a box to help contain the mess and I have a good Festool vacuum with multiple filters of HePA quality. I use a long wand to follow the bit and catch most of it. I will keep you in mind..... I have a few things to learn still. There is a good forum that I am drawing from as well on CNC cutting process.

My chassis arrived today.
Excellent machine work.
Thank you much. Keep your eyes open for a build thread in the near future.
Have to decide which scaler goes on the chopping block so I can go broke with Mr. Jonrobholmes...
