Arrow * Machined Scale TLT Shocks, Turned Down, MSD *

Well guys, we finally put these together for all you scale nuts. These are stock tlt shocks, turned down on a lathe, machined and then hand polished to perfection. What you get it a set of 4 shock bodies all done, then you take your guts and parts and assemble them. You send us your 4 NEW stock bodies and $40 and we will send you back the finished product. OR you can send us your 4 new stock shock bodies and $30 and we will turn them down and leave them bare aluminum and you can paint, powdercoat or polish them your self. All prices include shipping in the usa too.
Pm me for paypal info, we will also be adding these to our site very soon.

Here is a pic of what you get .

and here is what they look like all assembled.

Do you have a supply of these made up or do you machine what I send you? If the latter, what's the turnaround? Thanks.

Unimoger, would you like them to look like chrome?

Chuck them up and get some 1500 wet sanding paper. Put a dab or two of water on the shocks then spin with the 1500 to smooth them out even more. Then either use Mother aluminum polish or Busch Aluminum polish and a dremal with the polishing pad. Then wash in hot water.

I just did one myself and the finish is mirror like.

I did not turn mine down but just remove the ano and polished it up to see.

Heck if you want you can send me a set and I will give them a good polishing and send them back for you to check out.

We have several sets already made, so when you send your set in, the turn around time is very fast.

Those are nice. I like the idea you are offering this as a service. Not everyone has access to a drill press or the patients to turn down a set. I may get with you here in the near future myself for a set.

Now I wish I wouldn't have just build 8 TLT shocks.....

How much of a pain would it be for me to send you 8 of them filled with oil? lol.

Happen to sell these outright with no "core" charge? Unless you would like some High-Lift shocks as trade...
