that was a glitch on our website, the word " delivered " should say " shipped " canada takes 7-10 days during the holiday season, sorry for the delay.

So it took 9 days to get the item shipped from when I ordered it? Ouch.

Oh well, I guess it's just good to know that I didn't just miss it completely. I've been having some VERY bad luck with orders lately. :(

Just to let everyone know,I ordered the 28 of Nov and still haven't received mine either,I know its the Christmas rush but if it was sent when I ordered it should have Bent here by now.I was just reading a lot of posts about MSD and it does seem he is butting his business on the back burner and getting around to doing it when he has time.

Again, ditto. I inquired about two weeks after my my order was placed and was told that I "should see it anyday"....that was on Dec 13. Now I get no response to PMs or e-mails. It is approaching my 30 day time period to file with paypal...

You have 45 days for paypal so hang in there,he could be at the family GT or on the road.he's good about making things right so we shouldn't worry.
have a good Chrismas and I'm sure he'll contact us when he has a chance.

Ahh...yes, you are correct....45 days.

Yes, I have done plenty of business with MSD and Ben personally and the transactions went quite smoothly. I understand there are problems, I just want updates...

OK. It seems that the morons at the USPS sent my package to East Texas (different part of the state). Ben shipped me another on Dec 26 and it was on my doorstep when I got home today. Thanks for the hard work man!

Sometimes when shipping into Canada youre order will get stuck in customs It seems that the first few times are no problen and then you get on some kind of list or something. Handbrothers has shipped a few hundred aluminum steering shafts for the sensor world wide and we have had more problems shipping into canada that any place else. We had one order stuck in customs for like 3 weeks and the guy was pissed, I asked him to go check on it an it had been theyre the whole time
