This is hilarious. When I had mine done... I felt every cut, pull, tug, cut and knot...that was before they started. Seriously...do they always have the hot nurses for this duty. Mine walks in and says "strip down and place this sheet over you. I am thinking...cool, she is going to service me. Oh no, what if I get a woody during this. Then she says that she needs to put iodine on the "area"... It may be a little cool. Well that fixed the issue. She must of taken it out of the freezer. He went in like a scared turtle. After that she places a sheet with a hole in it over top of me and reaches threw the hole, grabs my nuts and pulls them through. The rest is just a blurrr. Doctor says to make sure that you "clear" yourself enough before the test. The wife helped but the first time it was like a firehose gone wild. Looked like one of those porn movies. Now at the doctors office. I had a male doctor...he was on vaca. In walks this young hot brunette in a doctors coat. Sits on a stool, asks me to stand up and drop my pants. She starts "examining" the boys. It took all I had to not grab the back of her head. |

|  ...I just made a boy. My wife is due aroung Dec. 15th. I was thinking of getting "snipped" b/c we'll now have a boy and a girl but now after reading this sh!t I'm scared to death! |

Funny thread! Brings back some memories. Had mine done about 8 years ago.Had it done at an Air Force base.Before I went in for the procedure I shaved myself because I didn't want some newb Air Force guy shaving my nuts.Went in to have it done and the PA that was going to do it seemed a little dissapointed that I was all shaved.Anyways I got the shot to numb things up a bit.That was actually the worst part.Just a little "bee Sting".They decided to use a laser on me and I mentioned that he be careful so he doesn't accidentally cut it off because I saw Star Wars and know what can happen. Well the starts and I look down and see smoke rising from my private area and tell him that I think my balls are on fire.He just looks up with that "you're an idiot stare".Burning nuts doesn't smell too great. Well he finished and I got up and started out the door looking for my wife.I guess you are supposed to rest a bit before you go home because they caught up with me in the hall and walked me back to the waiting room where I had to sit for 30 min. Got home and had no problems.Was a little sore but not like "got kicked in the balls by a mule sore".Just no riding the bike for a few days. Went back a few weeks later for the post vas check.Remember that this is an Air Force clinic.Walked up to the window a said I was here for my post vas check.They handed me a cup and said they needed a fresh sample. I asked if my wife could come spit in the cup.Blank stare.Then I asked where the "whack it " room was.Again with the "you're an idiot stare".Man,no sense or humor.Said I would have to use the restroom down the hall. Well this bathroom was the one next to the main clinic waiting area.Needless to say there was no privacy.There were old vets in there coughing up lungs or so it sounded.FINIALLY got some quiet time.Returned with the sample,handed it to them and was told to come back in an hour for the results.When I returned for the results they said there really wasn't that much in the sample but what was there weren't swimming. Anyway 8 years later and no new kids. |

I go to sleep and wake up to a funny as$ thread.. I feel so left out. For all of you that are scared, or think that your wife should get "fixed". It's not that bad and is 100 times safer than what would happen to your wife. Plus having a baby is worse than what this procedure is like. Colquitt - Did the doc go through your options as far as you or your wife getting "fixed"? My wife would have had it done when she had her C section but we were in a Catholic hospital and they don't allow the procedure to be done.

I told my wife that the doctor said that it would be in powder consistency now. She believed me until the first "extraction". She was prepared for 5 lbs of Flour shooting her in the face... |

I called the day before and asked if it was okay to shave myself. The nurse said sure, no problem. When the nurse and Dr. busted in, as I sat there in the buff, they both started laughing. I thinking dang I know it's small but funny too? The nurse spoke up and said "Mr. Jones, you really only needed to shave your testies". I answered "yeah but, does'nt it look bigger this way"? |
