Im a bassist. First album I ever owned was Primus Pork soda. I was maybe 12 years old. Fell in love with Les Claypool, wanted to play like him, rest is history. I have played in a couple punk bands (seems to be the genre that most musicians in my area are into). I found it to be very unsatisfying compared to some slap and tap. Three chords gets me yawning. I finally started playing our songs with my left hand only to make it a little more interesting.  Primus sucks. Big time!! |

sounds like a big challenge left hand from right!I just try other instruments and try to work on vocal technique.I find vocals to be very challenging !

Unfortunately, we disbanded right after investing in some very nice equipment that never got used. I play a Ludwig 8-piece kit with double kicks, Axis longboard pedals, Gibralter rack, and various cymbals. I've been on and off with different bands since 1995 or so, but I've been playing drums for 20+ years. I've dabbled in guitar for years, and just started playing again a few months ago.
