Default stampede diff.

hey I have been having trouble with my stampede diff. mine doesn's seem to be strong enough anymore with my new motor. i was j/w if anyone knew of upgradable diff i coul dbuy. the diff. it's self is strong but the casing doesn't hold up. thanx.

oh thanx, but i was lookin on ebay and found a diff casing w/ a steel gear. the item # was -120216036974- this should work.

BTW...if you're looking for stronger internals at some point...the new VXL Stampede/Rustler trans has all steel gears

oh , i already have a steel primary and aluminum idler in it and it was fine until i put the 17x2 speed gem in it lol.

You shouldn't have any problems with the stock stuff (with the addition of the aluminum idler) and that wussy motor. That sucker is weak.

Just convert to the vxl all steel internals if you keep having problems, they are plenty strong enough to hold up to my Mamba Max 5700 on a 3 cell a123.

i have had an aluminim idler and a steel primary and it was fine w/ a custom motor and 15x2 fireball which sux and trust me i got this motor from twisted and it's got b**lls. and it should be fine w/ the new casing w/ a steel gear around it. and i will get a video of it when its fixed and you will see what kind of power it makes.
