| Xtreme 4x4 - S10 Truggy
Did anyone watch the show today? When they said truggy, I kinda winced. But seeing it near the end of the show made me think otherwise. It's got a 502ci RamJet crate engine, Rockwells, 20" PSC beadlocks, 40+" BajaClaws. The body work actually looks nice, and the dove tailed rear looks nice. And Ian actually said "It looks kinda like some kids RC car on performance enhancing pills." |

Yeah I watched it today aswell and thought the same thing, but its going to be pretty hardcore it looks like. I thought it was kinda strange though they are going to go with aluminum links on the four link setups.

I didn't hear anything about it being a show truck, but a high end rig... like the stuff Poison Spyder builds.

Kinda random, but do any of you guys know a place that hosts older episodes? Any of you guys with the DVR's capable of putting some episodes up on rapidshare or soemthing? I found the suburban gorilla and suzuki episodes, but thats it. |

| You are right Aluminum links have some good benefits if made out of the right material. I am getting ready to build 1.75 dia. 7075 aluminum links. The main benefit is that they will deflect allot more than steel and you won't have dent links all the time like my comp rig.

Watch the first episode dip, Jessi said this will be there most show rig build to date. Yes it will get ran, like what twice maybe before it breaks or gets parted Great show but, they really hack shit together. I bet they dont get much time to build though.

| That's pretty much the deal. If anyone is interested in more info about the show and behind the scenes type of stuff, Ian posts regularly on pirate. He even gets, and gives, advice over there. I think that's one reason I like the show, both hosts seem willing to accept the fact that someone else might have more knowledge than them.

yeah, but how many of these real world guys working on their 1:1 "jimmyrig" their rides, cause like Ian, they may not have the money, time, or facilities to do all the fancy work.
