and if you get the whole story on this guy in wheelchair the ticket was a farce and and no real meaning other than another mess up on the police records........look what happened here in my own town just in the last few months. a swat team went into a wrong house unannounced not making people in house aware that they were police and home owners thought they were going to be killed and used a shotgun towards the at time unknown police and police fired back almost killing each other and there poor little kids witnessing all of this and while handcuffed the mother said "we did nothing wrong please i don't want my kids seeing us handcuffed this way" then one of the officers got in her face screaming at her " yah well i didn't want to be shot in my protective head gear " well im sorry but if i was the father that was defending his family against what he thought was intruders i would've snapped back at him saying well next time get the right f-ing house then sorry this is just how i feel i have been assaulted by police and thank god my neighbors got it on video and i won settlement but still i have lost some respect for police and get scared when pulled over ..but can you blame me ?I just hate that it ruins it for all the real good police officers out there that are doing there job the right way and not dirty

that right there is just wrong no matter that he has a warrant. you just don't treat people like that. i help take care of my uncle that is in a wheelchair and i would go ballistic if someone did that to him.

Sterner had been picked up by sheriff's deputies on a warrant for a charge of fleeing and attempting to elude police in an incident in October of last year, his attorney said.
Reason for his warrant right there.

"And another deputy seems to think it's funny too..."

You gotta love how the sensationilist media spins everything....without sound, they have no idea why there is a smile on that man's face. The media spins stuff more than politicians....

Put the "African American" female cop in the wheelchair and
let the white guy throw her out of the wheelchair.Guess who is
gonna show up.Al Sharpton,Jesse Jackson and the NAACP.
And whoever else wants to get their cut of the settlement.

The disabled guy was a law breaker, but the action the officer took was also illegal in most states.

No bodies right when every bodies wrong...John Lennon on the Vietnam war.

The disabled community could use a Al Sharpton or Jessie Jackson showing up to push for their equal rights.

Yeah, but they won't show unless the person is the 'right' skin color....and get themselves more free press and maybe some more money.

This isn't the first incident at that location. If you watch the video the woman is sitting in the chair then gets thrown in the floor.

Sounds like a local department I've heard about, their "guests" have a habit of falling down non existant stairs.
