Thats a tough one, I know I would of said something. But how far could a civilian go? She was wrong for doing that. But seems like most the people in the station were asshats. So someone that stood up against them would be on the ground being tased.

But if they were beating on the guy, I would so be in jail right now. I was at Lowe's when three guys jumped a (one) friend of mine, I grabbed the axe handle out of my cart and made it a fair fight. Luckily no one pressed charges. Or my a$$ would be in jail right now. But it wouldn't make no difference at the Police station. The guy wasn't in immediate danger. Just be very observative so when it goes to court you can stand up and be a witness.

Dude needs to get paid and the woman involved needs to be ridiculed and scorned. He's lucky the camera was rolling, other wise it would be his word against hers and the cops always win:x.

I would see the inside of a jail house for the first time.....i would have hand cuffs on my hands for the first time.....:-(

The guy was stopped for traffic violation and brought in for a warrant. He's not exactly the best person on Earth, but he didn't deserve to be treated like that.

If he sues, he'll come out big. Hopefully he gets his problems sorted about before he gets the cash.

So in your mind every person that has missed a court date and has a warrant out for them is a bad person?

That cop needs her legs broken so she can see what it is like to be in a wheelchair, stupid pig.

That's the sad truth, there are lots of good cops but she's not one of them and she disrespected all the good ones with her shocking behaver. Can you imagine what other BS things she's done. She should loose her job, serve some time and the Dude will be compensated big time. Minnesota has laws on the books protecting disabled people it's a felony in this state for even threaten(assault) a disabled person let alone battery. She could get some serious jail time from her bad judgment on camera. Busted "thumbsup"

Does it make you a good person to miss court and have a warrant issued for your arrest, then get stopped for a traffic violation?

I'm just saying that he probably has some issues that need to be sorted out if he was to appear in court and didn't.

The only info I saw was that he had an outstanding warrant and was brought in. Who knows what the warrant was for...I don't - don't care, either.

Doesn't change the fact that he didn't deserve to be dumped like that.

One good thing to come of this is that at least now his legal problem will get resolved.

I have a buddy that's in a wheelchair. We went to a race in CT and they didn't have a ramp for him to get to the driver's stand...and didn't seem to want to give us extra time to help him up to the top so he could get in place to drive. I ended up sprinting across the track, picked Charles up, and we headed to the top of the stand. Then the guys running the race seemed to not want to give us time to get him down off the stand...Grrr.

I hate it when people are so inconsiderate.
