G'day all! I've had every single part except chassis plates to build a 2.2 comp rig for about a year now and am FINALLY getting around to purchasing a set. I've decided on the Bender's SW3 (good choice right?!) and can't get ahold of Brad. Does anyone know if he went on a crawling vacation or something? I'm getting anxious!

Anywho, is anyone on here from true Northern California? I'm out on the coast south of Eureka and if anyone arounds here crawls, it'd be cool to get together one of these days.

Anyone have any tips for my build? I'm going to start out with a 50/50 setup, 3 oz on each front wheel, secret foam cut

, etc etc. Since this is my virgin build, anyone care to enlighten me and save me some headaches?! I've been here off and on for a year now, so I've gathered a good bit of knowledge, but anything helps yah know!

Welp, I'll shut up and listen know, thanks for everything!

Alrighty then, thanks for the info! Figures--I finally get it together and I have to hurry up and wait some more :-(. Definitely understand taking care of life before hobbies though!!!

Sw3 won nat's 2006 and gc-1 in 2007. However, with Bender being "out", I went for the gc-1. Good luck to you.
