So how much have you guys spent?
 

I made the mistake of keeping every reciept for my crawlers and other RC vehclies from the last year and a half. I figured they would be usefull if I wanted to warrenty or sell something.

Well my wife finally found my pile o' reciepts and next thing I know she added up the whole thing. Keep in mind I currently have 6+ vehicles to support including a TLT/Bruiser, 2x Ax-10's, TXT super, RS4 Pro2 drifter and Rally.

Can any of you guys guess how much I've spent in the last year and a half?

Here is some advice for you guys, don't keep your RC crawler reciepts!

Well OK now I don't feel so bad.

But according to the old lady I've spent more $8,500 since last April. According to her I'm now band from the LHS, RCCrawler and paypal. Knowing her I probably won't get any nookie for awhile too:lol:.

Only cost me about $100 "thumbsup" and my truck is a little better than just decent and i don't have to sink like $500 - $1000 into it I think that if you spend more than $500 your just trying to hard !

I would guess about 5K I have spent about $1500 in the last year. and thats with out the racing added up.

It's sad when you look at a crawler and realize there's about $1k dumped into it, stupid things add up quick! It gets worse when you add up all that you've dumped into rc as a whole up until now though, that's a scary thought, I don't even know what I'd guess for that.

Yeah my 1:1 sammi crawler is cheaper than the last all out comp rig I made.

Yeah I had a big stack of reciepts laying aroud too till I realized how stupid it was! LOL

All receipts go directly into the shredder now... I totaled it up a few years ago and it was ridiculous, somewhere around 10k
Towerhobbies on the other hand keeps your orders on file... That alone is around 8k now... It's out of control!

We discussed this a while back on UKRCRC, and when I totalled up everything i'd spent, then subtracted everything i'd sold, it's only cost me pence...

I have no idea way to much I'm sure, lol why ruin the buzz ? :shock:

I added up just my paypal from Janurary 1st to Mid November of 2007 and spent a little over $14,000.00...

That was just paypal and just crawler related stuff!

I may have sold $1400.00 of that and maybe only $250.00 went in my pocket.
