Default RC Crawling mag is on the way

I've been wanting to do this for a while now and recently put things into motion to make it happen.

Time for my own little mag.

That's just a mock-up for the cover, but Crawler will feature RC and 1:1 event coverage, reviews, tech articles, how-to articles, and all the kick-ass things you'd expect in such a mag.

Contributors will be names you all know, John Robert Holmes has signed on to do Electronics tech, and several other guys like Chino, Microgoat, DJ, Grizz, 1BadJeepBruiser, and several others have volunteered. (Thanks, guys!)

Crawler will be on sale November 11th (later than I wanted, but it all has to do with scheduling of publisher, printer, distributor, etc..) and is currently slated as a "special issue" but will go quarterly if there's enough support.

Judging by the overwhelming response we've had thus far, it seems as if it's destined to go quarterly.

Got any advertising information?

We will need a spot for the official coffee of RC Crawler once the label contest is over.

Thanks Jason, it's about time!

Official coffee?

Dude...it was 9:30 at night when I spoke with Greg about this.

"Get a proposal together and send it in."

At 4 A.M. the proposal was done and I'd killed a pot of Kona coffee.

I am certainly down for this project. I will be helping out in any way possible, and may even have some new goodies debuting in the issue depending on manufacturing timeline.

I think this is a great deal.

I think it could also happen more than just quarterly. maybe 6 issues a year. It's only 2 more per year ?

again great job

I can't wait! I liked how RC Driver had articles, but having just one article per magazine is not enough
