Default crawling in st. george, Utah

I spent last weekend crawling in St. George. We had some decent carnage on the 1:1 rigs including a broken trans mount, a torn sidewall on a 38" swamper, and a transfer case broken in half.

The rc crawling proved to be much better this trip.

rig 1:
TLT axles-stock
Moabs
55t lathe motor
novak xrs
losi xxxt trans with maxx shafts
losi shocks
tube chassis that remains largely unchanged since I built it in '05

Trying out the new wide angle lens----nice

rig 2:
clod with well worn mashers
old school evx
55turn lathes
pimp cane (the only clod chassis as far as I'm concerned) I've had about 6 different setups on this and the simplicity of the pimp is unbeatable.

Drove into this position and over the top. As mentioned, the pimp cane works. The second picture didn't end so well

other rigs were the stock micro desert truck, and the beater savage. Both of these are just fun to beat. The micro DT is so much more fun than it should be, especially when my kids are chasing it in the dirt .

Kind of looks like out at the gap.
