Default Qestion about insurance on verizon cell

I have a verizon cell phone with insurance on it. I just broke my phone last night literally broken in half. Now I am not sure what to do, go to my local verizon or is their something els i am supposed to do. i have everything on the phone except the backing and the battery flew out of it and i was unable to find it. what should i do?

yep, they should replace it no problem. i smashed the screen on my blackberry and they replaced it in a couple days.

Yea i have herd though they dont do much and your supos to file a claim on some website or somthing i wasnt sure what to do

They are going to tell you to call the insurance company, I think its called assurion or something like that. Its going to be a $50 deductable and they will send you the new phone and you send back the broken one in a prepaid box they will send with the phone. Its a fairly easy process and you dont really have to do much on your end. It just sucks because it takes a few days to get it so you are without it for a bit.

Yep, but my wifes got stolen from a bar and we had one 2 days later. They delivered through DHL and it was Saturday.
