Tesla's Submarine. First radio controlled vehicle ever...was in use before the patent for radio was approved. Tesla tried to pitch it to the gov't to reduce the loss of life in war...they didn't bite. Some reading... |

There was an episode of "Modern Marvels" on yesterday all about Tesla. Very interesting.

Hummm....I didnt know it was the world fair. I just knew that it was shown at an electronics exhibition in Madison Square Garden.

Too bad he was only 100 years off. So many inventions get snuffed out due to "forward thinking".Now the military is doing what ever it can with unmanned vehicles. I don't believe in sending our troops off to someboy elses sandbox,if they must go try to keep em safe.
