That director has done all of Aphex Twin's music videos. That was his own remix on a song that he did a short 30 second clip of a few years back. He went back, remixed the song, and made the 6 minute version.

Figures, seems like something aphex twin would put out.. I enjoyed the "window licker" and the "come to daddy" video.. here's the window licker video.. i just happen to have it hosted Err, warning for explicit dialogue http://no-care.com/vids/windowlicker.wmv His stuff is always trippy like that.
