I was going for Rampage but Forrest turned out to be a tough SOB. Hats off to him. I think Rampage underestimated Forrest. Those leg kicks looked painful

Yep! I thought it was a very good fight! Rampage almost got him in the first. Forrest took control in the second with some serious leg kicks. Forrest stood with him a few times which I thought was dumb on his part, but he took what he threw at him.

Once Rampage was on the ground, he just looked silly. That's the biggest hole in his game right now. He relies too much on the fact that he's just damn strong and throws hard.

Good matches for the whole event though.

The fight was alright...I think it was boring more so than I prefer in a good title fight...that or Anderson Silva and GSP have spoiled me.

I think Griffin won it...Rampage needs to step up his game and work on being a full rounded fighter. With Anderson Silva going 205 things might get shaken very soon.

I think Forrest proved he was tough enough to be champ. It was a good fight, surprised Rampage didn't make him bleed more than he did. Speaking of bleeding, how about that blood bath Kosheck put on Lytle. Thought for sure the ref was going to call that fight, glad to see he didn't. Seems like refs are calling fights too soon more and more imo.
