Well it's been a tad over 2 years now and I still feel aches and pains but thats the price you pay. I feel alot more stable but it will get sore and swell if I push it to hard. I got a realy nice brace for any hardcore outdoor activities, take it with me when ever I go crawl if the terain is realy bad I'll wear it but the Dr. said it would be good to work it out and help build it up in strength.

but felt real unstable the slightest little bump to the knee and it would try to pop out of place and buckle on me.
LOL I deal with that on the daily - I'd like to get some Ti screws and plates and stuff myself, but with no health insurance it's a tad out of my reach right this second...

My injury happened outside of work and my insurence is so good they still covered 80% of it, and I still had a job when I went back 6 months later while still getting paid too.

sorry to hear it still bugs ya.As you know we both went in for knee surgery around the same time. Now 2 years later mine still bugs me alot, ive got me a weather man built into the knee,i can tell a storms comin just be the pain in my knee. One thing thats helped me alot this summer is exercise. The more i work it the better it feels for the most part. One day just before the rimrock comp i steped on an extension out in the shop and my knee hurt like a bitch for a couple weeks.A little ice and light duty got her back to were i was.Lighten that gas tank for the luv machine and thatll help also.
