The Losi, it is such a better looking rig and I predict better. Plus I see shafts on the Losi think scale.

...and 2.4ghz radio!

Losi hands down. I have never liked the Duratrax stuff, and I have dealt with Losi rigs many times and know they'll have more parts available for theirs and they will stand behind their product.

They are pretty similar...

Duratrax's has a better warranty...on plastic bit.

Toy Losi...thats all I can say about them anymore.

Just looking at the Duratrax....they felt they needed to make everything resemble carbon fiber for some reason

Although...it does look like that was an upgrade of some sort, looking at the pics.

I'm sure I'll own both.

The Losi for a 1.9 spec class and the Duratrax for a 1.9 Berg style build.

Duratrax has a ARTR version for $139.99, minus a coupon and gift certificate, I'll pick it up for about $70.00.

The Losi is a bit smaller also. This gives you more of a "mini" crawler than the Duratrax. Gives more of a difference in size between the 1.9's running "2.2" axles and a closer to scale 1.9 axle. The Losi is about an inch narrower.

Ye thats a mega sweet deal ....only thing is that they don't sell Duratrax in JP...but Losi has sold the Micro-T etc.

I wish they both had kit versions too that would save on shipping bulky RTR boxes...

Look into the Yokomo Cliff "Challenger", it's very similar to the Duratrax.

I'm sure it will be available in Japan.
